- The Children’s Choir meets on Sunday evenings during the
school year as a part of Sunday Night Live, which begins on
Janu-ary 22 at 5:00 p.m. Our children also sing for selected
Sunday morning worships during the year. - Chancel Choir - For adults and any youth who wish to sing with
the adults. Rehearsals @ 6:45 each Wednesday evening. - ConneXion Band - The ConneXion Band leads worship each
Sunday at our con-temporary service which begins at 9:45 a.m.
Rehearsals: On Wednesdays 7:30-9:00 p.m. in the sanctuary
building. Auditions required. Contact Bobby King, ConneXion
Leader at bobby@cornerstoneumc.net. - Worship Teams —The 8:30 Worship team sings and helps lead
worship during the 8:30 a.m. service, our blended worship
service. Auditions required. Rehearsals: each Wednesday 5:45-
6:30 p.m. in the sanctuary building. - Our drama team meets at various times during the year. The
team leads liturgies, performs skits and announcements during
our morning worship services, and prsents special productions
during the year. Everyone is welcome. - Ministry and Missions - This daytime choir goes out on the
fourth Wednesday of each month to our nursing homes.
Everyone is welcome — you need only to have a heart for
mission and love for those in nursing homes. We will sing old
hymns of faith. Time: 10:30 a.m. Place TBA each month. - Handbells: Quarter Notes - Our more experienced children and
Link will meet @ 4 p.m. on Sunday evening’s beginning on
September 18. Whole Notes - Beginning children's bells - TBA -
please contact Rebecca Boggan if you have a 2nd - 4th grader
interested. - Youth Choir/LINKk (5th-12th grade) meet weekly at 6:30 p.m.
The Youth Band will also have scheduled rehearsals. The Youth
Choir (7th– 12th grades) also participates in the Northeast
District Choir that tours in June each summer. - HANDBELLS — Quarter Note Bells, for 3rd to 6th graders, meet
as a part of the Sunday Night Children’s program during the
school year in the Bell room in the sanctu-ary building at 4:00 p.
m. Adult Daytime bells An organizational meeting TBA. Please
contact Rebecca for more infor-mation. Time and day TBA.
Advanced Bells are offered in the Bell room located in the
sanctuary building. Time and day TBA. - 8:30 and 9:45 musicians - are you interested in being a part of
the music at one of these services? Please contact Rebecca
Boggan for more information. - Altar Arts - Please contact Rebecca Boggan for more
information. - M and M Singers perform at local nursing homes. Look for the
announcement for the next performance.
